Telecom Agreements
An Exclusive Marketing or Easement Telecom Agreement is a legal contract between a community association and an ISP. The Agreement grants the ISP access to the community for the purpose of installing, maintaining, and operating their network to provide cable and internet services to the community’s residents. This contract typically involves compensation paid to the community association by the ISP, often in exchange for granting the ISP marketing rights within the community.
